Waldracher Laurentiusberg Trockenbeerenauslese The Optima grape is rarely available in the United States and always interesting and unique when found. This wine is "etrue connoisseur"e quality on every level. Mosel Tba is extremely rare and when combined with this grape a real treasure. "eBuy it now...it will not last!"e (375 ml.) 
Meursault - Laurent Zanon Mr. Zanon has crafted a Meursault with great structure, elegance and power. The richness of this beautiful Chardonnay from the Cote de Beaune. The hazelnut flavor so famous in great Meursault comes through nicely giving evidence of the superb fruit used in its production. Laurent Zanon strives to bring wines with the power of past generations and the style of today. 
St. Veran echardonnissime The Domaine de la Croix Senaittet is very well known in Burgundy's Maconnais district. Their great St. Veran is selected regularly by the Guide Hachette as well as Gault & Millau. They have also won numerous prizes, most recently a Bronze Medal for their Chardonnissime at the French exhibitiion "eChardonnays of the World."e Winemaker Richard Martin saves his 'reserve' wine for the Chardonnissime label. 
Pouilly Vinzelles The village of Pouilly in southern Burgundy has become famous for its white wines, especially those from the Fuisse designation. Jean-Paul Paquet is one of the area's top producers and also offers one of the most delicious Chardonnays from the 'Vinzelles' vineyards that we have tasted in some time. Juicy fruit with a round, full-body due to some oak aging. 
Ch.petit Fombrauge - St. Emillion Grand Cru This 17th century Chateau was named after the winegrower, Dumas de Fombrauge, and was originally a monastery. It is also one of oldest properties in St.Emilion (the oldest district in Bordeaux). Since 1989 the quality of this estate has shown a sharp upward curve. The 1997 has exceptional depth with solid tannins, and a medley of ripe fruits, spices and vanilla. A really super Bordeaux! 
Smith Madrone Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Smith-Madrone Winery sits at the top of Spring Mountain looking down on the fog filled Sonoma Valley. Here Stu Smith crafts a fantastic Cabernet and wine lovers drink it up as fast as he can make it. This intense, deep red is in a league of its ownand given its age is great to enjoy right now with lots of years left in it. This wine should be recommended to anyone who enjoys serious red wines with a lot of potential. The 1999 vintage of this wine is truly fabulous and surely the best the winery has produced in the last ten years!!
