Patented Variable Face Thickness Technology means the face changes from thicker in the center to ultra-thin around the edges. This increases the ball speed off the clubface without increasing clubhead speed, moving it as close as possible to the USGA limit. Expanded head volume combined with a large, deeper face increases size of effective hitting area and ball speed resulting in higher rebound speed. This enhances the forgiveness and stability of off-center hits, which results in potentially longer, straighter shots.
